They should be read as a co-ordinated and coherent whole, as a group of strategies which taken together, will enable us to achieve our vision.

  1. To operate towards the leading-edge of technology and to invest sufficiently in our people and equipment, to ensure a high level of competence.
  2. To aim our services to sectors of industry that indicate growth and good financial performance. To work in a number of these sectors in order to have a balanced portfolio.
  3. To seek customers with a philosophy of working in close co-operation with their suppliers (Partnership Sourcing).
  4. We are committed to continual Quality Improvement that emphasises the accountability of every employee to product and workplace quality.
  5. We are committed to exemplary customer service. Particularly with regard to ‘delivery promise’ and our aim towards ‘zero defect’.
  6. To make it a delightful experience to be a customer of Oxford Engineering. Likewise to endeavour for it to be a delightful experience to work at Oxford Engineering.

  11. Seeking quality goods and services from our suppliers on a competitive basis while fostering long term, mutually supportive, relationships with them.
