Strategy

The company’s strategies are the means by which we strive to achieve our vision. The list of strategies that follow does not appear in any particular order of priority. They should be read as a co-ordinated and coherent whole, as a group of strategies which taken together, will enable us to achieve our vision.

1. To operate towards the leading-edge of technology and to invest sufficiently in our people and equipment, to ensure a high level of competence.
2. To aim our services to sectors of industry that indicate growth and good financial performance. To work in a number of these sectors in order to have a balanced portfolio.
3. To seek customers with a philosophy of working in close co-operation with their suppliers (Partnership Sourcing).
