Welding is a core capability at Oxford Engineering and a critical part of our ability to deliver high-integrity assemblies for safety-critical and regulated industries. Our welding expertise supports customers across nuclear, defence, medical, oil & gas, scientific and semiconductor sectors, where quality, repeatability and full compliance are essential.

We have made significant investment in people, processes and infrastructure, culminating in the recent achievement of ISO 3834 certification. This internationally recognised standard confirms that our welding operations are controlled, qualified and consistently executed to the highest level. For customers, it provides assurance that welding quality is embedded into our systems — not inspected in at the end.

Certified Capability, Proven in Service

Oxford Engineering operates a comprehensive welding facility including TIG, MIG, orbital and gas welding, supported by manipulators, dedicated fixtures and qualified welding procedures. Our teams routinely work with a wide range of demanding materials, including stainless steels, duplex and super duplex, Inconel, titanium, carbon steels and aluminium alloys.
