Worldwide leading semi-conductor customer praises Oxford Engineering’s quality performance.
“We have recently done a performance measure on all our critical suppliers measuring the percentage of faults against the number of parts supplied for 2011.
I have attached a copy of this report for your records you have a score of 0.93%… considering the type and complexity of the work you do we are very happy with Oxfords performance.
1 % or below this is the target that we would like all our supplier to achieve at the moment we only have ten that are meeting this target, Oxford being one of them, please keep up the good work.
