Oxford Engineering launches its biggest ever training programme, the equivalent of 840 man days to up skill all employees in LEAN and continuous improvement.
Over an 18 month period, two expert coaches will be embedded at Oxford Engineering and then Hutton Engineering for the duration of the project between June 2011 and December 2012.
