Oxford Engineering continues to grow in Nuclear with the introduction of 2 additional customers in this industry. Using its full arrays of skills from machining, welding, fabrication, assembly and test. The documentation procedure is as stringent as the manufacturing needs and we drew from the knowledge acquired in different yet critical industries to propose a stellar product. Indeed we use our fully controlled processes with hold point to handle depleted uranium (eg Depleted Uranium permit, Radiation Protection Supervisors, Secure Storage Area). The US NRC (United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission – an independent agency created by the US Congress to ensure the safe use of radioactive materials for beneficial civilian purposes while protecting people and the environment) carried out an inspection (audit) of the High Shielding Package Manufacture by Oxford Engineering under the supervision of Croft.
